Tradition and technology

As of 2015, the Azienda has been able to rely on a new Cellar furnished with all of the newest technologies for white wine production, among which is included a location for temperature control of the grapes prior to pressing, a new state-of-the-art bottling system, and a bottle-storage location kept at a constant 15 degrees C° and assisted by a 40-kilowatt photovoltaic system.

The new project unifies the best of technology with the best of architecture and aesthetics.

The fresh and refined character of the wines corresponds to the luminosity of their modern surroundings, and the elegance of a contemporary style.
